WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2022, Granite Slopes was built to help operationally complex businesses implement systems that repeatedly work under stress. Our roots are in operations consulting, where practical execution, not theory, determines success.

The firm was established by Daniel Peterson, whose background spans more than fifteen years in operations, along with eight years of leadership as an Infantry Leader in the United States Marine Corps. That foundation shaped Granite Slopes’ emphasis on discipline, clarity, and accountability in system design.

Today, Granite Slopes operates as a HubSpot Partner Firm supported by a team with decades of combined experience across industrial operations, technology, and hands on leadership roles. We design and implement solutions with an operator’s mindset, ensuring systems are usable, scalable, and aligned with how teams actually work.
